Mud Packers 4x4 donate a solar package to In & Out of the Ghetto

Zambia is consistently troubled by power-cuts.  On a daily basis the residents of Lusaka can lose their power, often for 10 hours at a time.  This makes work and school very difficult, particularly in a poverty stricken area such as Bauleni, which is where the NGO In & Out of the Ghetto are operating.
A very generous donation has been made by Mud Packers 4x4 Off Road Centre, Lusaka of a complete solar package to In & Out of the Ghetto's Steve Biko Social Centre.  This package comes complete with a 120 watt panel, an inverter and a battery, and will have a great impact on the Steve Biko Social Centre. With funding from the Estelle Trust, it will allow them to introduce iSchool, a tablet-based interactive learning system designed specifically for Zambia. There will also be plenty of additional power for installing lights in classrooms.  Their social consciousness and desire to support vulnerable children is very much appreciated.
